At GAA Jewellery we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with the quality of products and service. In the unlikely event you are not happy please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page. Please take some time to read our Jewellery Care details on the site to ensure your jewellery looks its best.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our online catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Check Out” and you will be asked for the standard name and address details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Next, click the appropriate payment option to process your online payment.
Once your online payment has been authorised you will receive a further email from GAA Jewellery confirming acceptance of order.
Please note, the automated emailed order confirmation does not signal our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or cancel your order placed on this website without the need to give explanation or reason. Upon cancellation of your order we will immediately issue a credit to your credit/debit card used in the original order for the amount charged.
Under the Distance Selling legislation you have an option to cancel your order within 10 days commencing from date of delivery (Cooling-off period). Please note, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us and the customer must pay all postage/shipping costs. About Children (Under 18)
For their protection, we ask that children and young people do not place an order or submit personal information to us. We are happy to receive orders on their behalf by their parent or guardian.
All prices are in Euro and include VAT at the current standard rate of 21%. We will try to maintain the price as advertised but we reserve the right to change prices before you place an order. Product prices in the shopping cart exclude delivery charges. Orders for delivery in Ireland will be delivered free of charge by courier service. Overseas and non-standard carriage costs are dependent on the size of the order and the destination and will be charged at cost. We make a standard charge for all overseas orders of €15.
Please note that while we attempt to be as accurate as possible and make every effort to keep pictures up to date, it is impossible to be totally accurate. Colour-tones may vary depending on your computer’s screen settings and specifications and prices are subject to change at any time.
Many products also have rolling changes made through the course of their product life. Therefore, GAA Jewellery does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Pictures are representative only and products are sold by their description and part number only. If a product offered by GAA Jewellery is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition.

The following states the GAA Jewellery policy regarding the privacy rights of visitors to this website.
We respect your right to privacy and your desire for a secure online shopping experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to other companies. However in order for us to process orders, we require your name, billing address, email address, contact phone number and payment details. This personal information is used to administer your account from the point of order through to shipping of your products. From time to time we may notify customers regarding new products, promotions and newsletters but only if you have chosen to allow us to inform you. We will not continue to send you information by email, once you have asked us not to.
We have provided our customers with the latest in secure payment transactions. The system is called SSL or (Secure Socket Layer) digital certificate provider, providing our customers with the strongest certificate services available. Your credit card information is encrypted at this stage while travelling the Internet. GAA Jewellery does not hold or process credit cards transaction on the web site; this is processed by Realexpayments.com, an internet payment services provider.
Realexpayments.com are certified and approved by several leading financial institutions and their systems and security controls are based on current industry standards. There are several layers of technology in place to ensure the confidentiality, authentication and integrity of information processed by them.
